Alwitra Paint Finishes (to RAL Standard)

Description
For the range of aluminium products alwitra offer a highly decorative and durable paint finish in all RAL colours (and bespoke colours if so required). Thus the appearance of TA/TAG/Artline edge trims and MAG/MAK cappings can be much enhanced. A superior liquid paint finish is applied, which has proven its durability in all climate zones of the world for decades (e.g. on aircraft, industrial installations and in construction). It uses a 2-part PU as well as PVDF Duranar® Fluor Polymer system. A six stage fully automated pre-treatment and priming procedure ensures lasting topcoat adhesion and performance. The combined properties of the paint system provide a chemical resistance and a dirt repellent capability. Metallic finishes are also available.
Alwitra's liquid applied systems have a smooth surface, unlike most powder coated finishes that have an orange-peel type effect.
