Warm roofs:
Warm roof vents offer a watertight and airtight connection for polyethylene and other vapour control layers in warm roof constructions. Manufactured to the highest standard, the roof vent components are covered by the Alwitra all-embracing guarantees.
Different thicknesses of roof insulation up to a maximum of 200mm can be accommodated. Other roofing membranes such as built-up felt can also be easily connected to the roof vent system as it is compatible with bitumen.
Roof vents can also be supplied with rain protection cowls.

Cold Roof vents:
Cold roofs can only function properly when there is sufficient permanent ventilation of the air space between ceiling/insulation and roof deck.
These vents offer proper cross ventilation of air spaces in cold roofs.
Rain cowls are standard.

Refurbishment vents:
Exisitng roof ventilation stack pipes can be simply and reliably joined to the new roofing.
Rain cowls are standard.
