You can now track your ICB order.
Welcome to the step-by-step instructions on how to track your order. Please follow the steps below and find your order.
Step 1
When you receive your invoice via email from our Operations Team, we will now also include your unique Consignment Number and a link to track your order towards the bottom of the email. It should look something like this:

Step 2
The link will take you to a webpage where you will need to enter your Consignment Number and the delivery postcode. Ignore the box where it asks for a reference number, leave this blank.

Step 3
Once you have entered this, you will see a page displaying all your delivery details. Click the ‘Where is it now?’ button to reveal the map view.

Step 4
The map will show you where your delivery is, the number of stops ahead of you, and an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

Step 5
Once your order has been delivered, you'll be able to see the full delivery history and the signature of whoever accepted the delivery.

You may also receive a code from DHL or TNT. Both will work similarly to the above.
