The two-part system consisting of a custom-fit refurbishment plate.

• The plate is positioned centrally over the existing rainwater outlet and sealed to the current waterproofing layer to prevent backflow.
• The drainage component is then easily inserted into the refurbishment plate to complete the installation.
• Flashing against the new waterproofing is carried out either with connecting flange and screw ring (refurbishment rainwater outlet 125) or with factory fitted connecting flange (refurbishment rainwater outlet 75, 110).

Mandatory emergency drainage systems for flat roofs with internal drainage.

• This requirement also applies to refurbishment projects. alwitra^® rainwater outlets and extension pieces have been specifically developed to accommodate these conditions.
• Available in different versions varying only in ponding height: • ponding height of 20 - 40 mm for emergency outlet socket 40 • ponding height of 20 - 100 mm for emergency outlet socket 100
• Can be adapted into high-performance emergency outlets with a defined ponding height.

Thanks to their flangeless design, alwitra^® water spouts are especially well suited to challenging or restricted installation environments.

• Manufactured from rigid PVC, they are available either with a welding flange for EVALON^®® waterproofing membranes or with a factory-fitted EVALON^®® flashing collar, depending on the specification.
• In addition to versions for a range of pipe diameters, rectangular water spout options are also available.

The height-adjustable alwitra^® terrace grate is manufactured from durable stainless aluminium.

• It replaces the leaf guard or gravel stop, allowing effective drainage at both paving level and the waterproofing layer.
• Made from aluminium, with locating ring made of polypropylene (PP)
