Located in a secluded hillside setting near Edinburgh, Cairns Farm Estate is a contemporary events venue designed around a restored country barn, offering scenic waterside views while maintaining a refined architectural style. Around 820 m² of EVALON® VSK self-adhesive single-ply membrane was installed across the main building and the distinctive cone-shaped entrance structure.

The membrane was selected for its ability to complement the darker slate finishes used elsewhere on the development, ensuring a cohesive appearance while delivering reliable long-term waterproofing performance.
