Ashwood Park in Basingstoke saw the transformation of a former industrial site into a high-quality residential development.

To deliver reliable waterproofing and a strong architectural finish, the project specified the EVALON^® VSK single-ply membrane alongside bespoke aluminium fascias and soffits supplied by ICB Fabrications.

Installed by DRG Interior & Building Solutions Ltd, the system covered approximately 1,300 m² of pitched roofing with a standing seam appearance. The self-adhesive membrane was selected for its flexibility, straightforward installation and ability to provide durable, watertight protection while complementing the overall design.
