At the Crabbet Park residential development in Crawley, new luxury apartment blocks required a roofing solution that combined durability with strong visual appeal. The EVALON^® single-ply waterproofing system was installed by licensed contractor Atlantic Roofing as a cost-effective alternative to traditional lead.

The specification also incorporated standing seam and lead roll profile detailing to achieve the desired architectural look. Unlike conventional lead finishes, the system offers resistance to airborne pollutants from nearby Gatwick Airport, helping ensure long-term performance while maintaining a refined roof aesthetic.
