Scientia Academy Flat Roof Waterproofing

At the newly built Scientia Academy in Burton-on-Trent, a comprehensive roofing package was delivered across eight roof areas. ICB supplied more than 2,500 m² of materials, including the EVALON^® V waterproofing membrane, Evatherm A tapered insulation and the Solafix system.

Scientia Academy Waterproofing System

The specification also incorporated green roof and solar PV elements to help improve energy efficiency while maintaining reliable waterproof protection. Installed by Seddon with Stoneleigh Roofing Services, the integrated system supports long-term performance while contributing to the school’s sustainability goals.
