At Keech Children’s Hospice in Luton, a new extension required a durable roofing solution capable of providing reliable protection while achieving a high standard of finish. The project called for robust waterproofing along with carefully detailed roof edges.

Around 120 m² of EVALON^® VSK single-ply membrane was specified and installed by JHM Roofing, with bespoke cappings, fascias and edge trims supplied by ICB Fabrications. The cold-applied system allowed safe, efficient installation and delivers long-term weather resistance suited to the hospice environment. Keech Hospice Single Ply Membrane
