As part of a major redevelopment at St Richard’s Hospice in Worcester, Associated Architects worked with alwitra^® and ICB Waterproofing to design a roofing solution for a new communal dining and social space intended to become a central hub within the hospice.

A waterproofing specification was developed using the EVALON^® VSK single-ply membrane, installed by approved contractor S&P Roofing. Bespoke rooflights were incorporated into the design, allowing natural daylight to flood the interior while maintaining reliable long-term waterproofing performance.
