A number of multi-storey residential blocks across Glasgow required a durable waterproofing solution capable of performing in exposed high-rise conditions. Working with McConnell Roofing and principal contractors including Wates, ISG and Mears, ICB supplied the EVALON^® single-ply membrane for these refurbishment projects.

With buildings ranging from around 54 to 66 metres in height and subject to strong wind exposure, the system was selected for its proven reliability on demanding installations. Its consistent performance has helped support long-term roof protection across multiple social housing schemes in the region.
